Sebastian Herkner’s collection Bell Table overturns the usual use of materials by combining glass, a light and fragile material used for the base, and a top made of metal, which seems to float above it. The stained-glass base is traditionally blown into a wooden mould. With its sculptural presence, Bell Side Table contrasts with the brass frame while forming a harmonious unit reminiscent of the curves of a bell. Thanks to its reflective surfaces and contrasting materials, the Bell Side Table adds a refined, delicate touch to the living room. It celebrates the beauty, colours and shapes of the materials, combined with the qualities of meticulous craftsmanship.
