A testament to post-war modernism, the Langelinie Pavilion is an iconic place in Copenhagen, built in the 1950s. Architect couple Eva and Niels Koppel created the steel and glass modules that line up with the horizon, allowing views of the waterfront and the promenade. To create a stackable chair for this historic building, designers Anderssen & Voll wanted to combine the classic modernism of this 1950s building with a new form of modernism. Whatever angle you look at it from, the Pavilion chair has a light, graceful silhouette. In chrome, the Pavilion And tradition chair goes perfectly with the desk from the same collection.
