Description
This footrest is designed to accompany the Egg chair. Arne Jacobsen designed the Egg armchair in 1958 for the lobby and reception areas of the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The Egg chair was designed as part of a project integrating architecture and furniture design. In this sense, the Egg chair represents the success of Jacobsen’s overall design. A design icon, it is perfectly suited to our contemporary interiors of today. Produced by Fritz Hansen, the footrest perfectly complements the chair for maximum comfort, but can also be used as a booster seat.
