The Bouroullec brothers explain their concept as follows: « We have developed a new type of lamp that is naturally positioned in space – like a plant – with long cables providing maximum freedom to adjust the direction and height of the light source. » The long cable, which is an integral part of the lamp’s design, allows the light to be aimed in any direction simply by sliding it.With this 9 metre cable, Aim can be hung more than 3 metres from the ceiling.
