Designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell, theP/Wood chair is part of the Smart Wood furniture collection. Like the rest of the collection, the chair is characterised by its use of wood, combining timeless elegance with contemporary shapes. Using a special patented technique, the wood is actually moulded, allowing the panel to be bent as far as possible to create a seat shell with sinuous lines. The seat shell is combined with an airy, visually light steel base. Available in a range of wood and steel finishes, the Kartell P/Wood Chair is ideal for a contemporary dining room. It can be paired with the Small Q/Wood armchair and the Viscount of Wood table.
