Designed in 1944, La table basse ronde Guéridon Bas bears the inimitable signature of French designer and engineer Jean Prouvé. In the early 1940s, Jean Prouvé devoted himself increasingly to woodworking. The Guéridon Bas table has a heavy solid oak or American walnut top resting on three legs made from the same wood. These elements are joined together by a robust structure made of folded sheet metal. Edited by Vitra, Guéridon bas is a coffee table that is both refined and warm, finding its place in all interior styles.
